The Mondays Musts is a feature by Jessica @ Lovin’ los Libros! Every Monday, you post about your must read, must listen and must watch.
I’ve already ranted and raved over this book a lot on the blog, so you can read why I love this book so much on my five star books of 2015 post, but in 50 words or less:
This book is serious. It’s haunting and unforgettable. From the start, you’re drawn into the characters and the predicament they’re in. You care about them, and it’s like they’re real. They make bad choices. They have unrealistic hopes. They have very real fears. Do they survive?
Read this book.
I recently got back into Sungha Jung’s music, and it’s a huge must listen. Sungha is a guitarist who covers songs and makes his own on YouTube. He also plays piano, ukuele and electric guitar. As of 2010, he started releasing his own albums. One that is one of my recent favorites (My Type / iKon) and one that I’ve loved for a long time (Pirates of the Caribbean theme) are below. If you like his work, other videos of his that I love are Pachelbel’s Canon (rock version), Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud, Radiohead’s Creep and one of his own pieces, Rainy Day.
Kathryn Purdie is the author of one of my most anticipated debuts of 2016, Burning Glass, but she’s also hilarious and super cool. This video ^^ is only evidence of that. You can find Kathryn’s social links in the description of the video!
If you did a Monday Musts, link it below and I’ll check it out!
