The Mondays Musts is a feature by Jessica @ Lovin’ los Libros! Every Monday, you post about your must read, must listen and must see. Every week, I pick my musts based on a certain theme, which is expressed by one word that’s used within the post. The theme for last week’s picks was emotional.
After last week’s TTT, I realized that I hadn’t talked about this book in forever. Despite that fact, this is one of the most memorable middle-grade reads that I’ve ever read, and I still stick by my statement that I would recommend it to mature middle-grade girls. Everything from the mystery to the romance is done well, and the author crafts lovable characters and relationships between them at every corner.
The reason why I chose this one last week was the friendship between the main character and the love interest/best friend, which is the reason why I love it most. Throughout this book, Kiernan and Nalia go through the thickest and thinnest of times together, and I really enjoyed watching their relationship develop.
I don’t mention it on the blog as much, but rock/alternative rock music is also one of my favorite genres. I grew up listening to it, and Lit’s song is one that brings back a lot of nostalgia.
I usually don’t watch reaction videos because a) they tend to be fake or unbelievable and b) why? Besides that, I ended up watching JRE’s reaction to BigBang’s Bae Bae back when it first came out, and he’s hilarious. I also like his music taste.
If you did a Monday Musts, link it below and I’ll check it out!
